MAILING AND COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT

• Application letters, information, complaints and other letter received, will be answered within 14 days.
• Complaints received will be acted upon immediately, or within 7 days for complaints involving waste, sanitation and poisonous insects. While complaints involving high costs will be acted/taken action within a month.
• Work categorized under emergency / disaster will be acted immediately.

DEVELOPMENT CONTROL

• Application for approval of development plans which is Planning Approval, Earthworks, Infrastructure, Building and Landscaping are processed and responded within four months from the date the complete application is received.
• Approval for house renovation plan is issued within one working day, subject to compliance with the terms and conditions.
• Approval for  permit applications is issued within one working day, subject to compliance with the terms and conditions.

BUSSINESS CONTROL

Approval for licenses application is  issued within one working day, subject to compliance with the terms and conditions.
• Entertainment Licence will be approved within one working day from the date the complete application is received.
• Approval for temporary permit to setup the banner/bunting  will be issued within one working day from the date the application is received.

TAX MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT

• Application to change the address for business correspondence and tax assessment process will be completed within one working day.
• Application for tax exemption (remission) for vacant premises / not occupied will be approved within three months from the date of application.
• Tax Assessment will be given to the owner of the property before January 1 of the first term and before July 1 for the second half of each year.

LEASING FACILITY

• Decisions on applications for hall renting, court and field is made within one working day

COMMUNITY PROGRAM

• Youth activities and community programmes will be informed / announced  within 14 days of activities / programs held.

PAYMENT OF SUPPLY AND SERVICES

• Payments to suppliers and contractors will be made within 14 days of receiving a complete claim.
